OPERATING HOURS
We are always closed to the public for the first two weeks of each and every month. We take this
time to catch up on repairs, carry out house calls, and manage other aspects of the business.

CONSIDER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF TIMING IS TIGHT
We do occasionally close early during normal hours to carry out house calls or follow-up visits for our clients. This can be troublesome for those coming from farther away, only to find our shop is closed earlier than expected. Although we do post any early closures ahead of time, we understand this is not ideal.
In this case, please consider calling us ahead of time and making an appointment for your visit. This way, we'll ensure we don't book any visits around your planned arrival and will be present to assist you. These can be made by email or by speaking directly with us by phone. Leaving a voicemail will not be sufficient.
