Al ATTENTION CUSTOMERS Below you'll find info related to the business: repair status, house calls, etc. Please give it a read.
WHEN ARE WE OPEN? We now have our monthly schedule and any early closures listed ASAP separately on the new "Operating Hours" tab, please navigate there for up-to-date info!
CONSIDER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF TIMING IS TIGHT We do occasionally close early during normal hours to carry out house calls or follow-up visits for our clients. This can be troublesome for those coming from farther away, only to find our shop is closed earlier than expected. Although we do post any early closures ahead of time, we understand this is not ideal.
In this case, please consider calling us ahead of time and making an appointment for your visit. This way, we'll ensure we don't book any visits around your planned arrival and will be present to assist you. These can be made by email or by speaking directly with us by phone. Leaving a voicemail will not be sufficient.
REPAIR STATUS SEPTEMBER 2026 - Open for new repair jobs as of September 2026 - We have caught up on repairs and are now taking in new repair jobs for both clocks and watches. Please bring in your items when available for an estimate.
REGARDING HOUSE CALL INQUIRIES Please note that if you are leaving us a phone message or inquiring by email regarding scheduling a house call, please include your full address or your general area within the city in your message. This way, it speeds our process up and we can more quickly offer dates and times for your visit based around the locations of our existing scheduled house calls. Thank you!
