The information below is for our customers' knowledge. It is typically concerning our monthly scheduled closure updates, current repair status, as well as any other important info we would like our customers to know. Please give it a read.
HOLIDAYS (NOV-DEC) 2023 For the holiday season, we will not be closed the first half of December as per our normal schedule. Instead we are now open from Nov. 14th - Dec. 23rd.
Our last day open for the year will be Saturday, December 23rd, 2023.
OUR SCHEDULE: CLOSED FIRST HALF OF EVERY MONTH
We are always closed to the public for the first two (2) weeks of each and every month. We take this time to catch up on repairs, carry out house calls, and manage other aspects of the business.
We also occasionally may need to close early during normal business hours, therefore we *strongly* encourage calling our shop before you head out, especially for those that are coming from farther away. This way we can ensure we will be here to serve you.
2024 STORE PRICING UPDATE Please note that beginning in the new year as of January 1st, 2024, we will no longer offer free estimates.
REPAIR STATUS - AUGUST 2023 Not taking in new timepieces for repair until further notice Please note that as of August 2023, we are not accepting new timepieces in for major jobs such as servicing or extensive repair. This is due to our current backlog and being behind in our repairs. Pacing ourselves so that we can more comfortably work through the queue of repair jobs is key to providing the quality service and care our clients expect. We apologize for the inconvenience.
To our existing clients: if your clock has been in our shop previously and needs attention (whether that means being due for lubrication, or needs repair, etc.), please bring it into our shop. We reserve space for your items and can accept them anytime.
REGARDING HOUSE CALL INQUIRIES Please note that if you are leaving us a phone message or inquiring by email regarding scheduling a house call, please include your full address or your general area within the city in your message. This way, it speeds our process up and we can more quickly offer dates and times for your visit based around the locations of our existing scheduled house calls. Thank you!
