CONSIDER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF TIMING IS TIGHT We do occasionally close early during normal hours to carry out house calls or follow-up visits for our clients. This can be troublesome for those coming from farther away, only to find our shop is closed earlier than expected. Although we do post any early closures ahead of time, we understand this is not ideal.
In this case, please consider calling us ahead of time and making an appointment for your visit. This way, we'll ensure we don't book any visits around your planned arrival and will be present to assist you. These can be made by email or by speaking directly with us by phone. Leaving a voicemail will not be sufficient.
REPAIR STATUS OCTOBER 2025 - NOT TAKING IN NEW REPAIRS - We are temporarily full and aren't accepting new major repair/servicing jobs until further notice. Band/battery replacements, and small repair jobs for clocks and watches remain available.
Please note that if we've serviced your watch or clock previously, we have it on file and we do reserve space for those items. Please feel free to bring in your timepiece anytime for any problems or concerns.
REGARDING HOUSE CALL INQUIRIES Please note that if you are leaving us a phone message or inquiring by email regarding scheduling a house call, please include your full address or your general area within the city in your message. This way, it speeds our process up and we can more quickly offer dates and times for your visit based around the locations of our existing scheduled house calls. Thank you!
