Serving the Ottawa-Gatineau area and beyond, Kaya's Watch & Clock Shop has established itself as a professional and knowledgeable repair shop experienced with all variety of timepiece repair since opening in 1992. Our workshop is owned and operated by its founder Arif Kaya, originally from Turkey, who is a licensed horologist with over 40+ years experience. We always stand confidently behind our work, with customer satisfaction being our #1 priority.

REGARDING OUR SCHEDULE

We are always closed to the public for the first two (2) weeks of each and every month. We take this
time to catch up on repairs, carry out house calls, and manage other aspects of the business.

We also occasionally may need to close early during normal business hours, therefore we *strongly*
encourage calling our shop before you head out, especially for those that are coming from farther away.
This way we can ensure we will be here to serve you.
